With La Dame we honor Eleanor of Aquitaine, who with her marraige to Henry II in 1152, established Bordeaux's reputation as wine fit for a king.  Much like a fine wine, she is often described as fearless, passionate and clever with complex character.  This classic red blend combines the depth and opulence of Umpqua Valley Merlot (70%) with the elegance and focus of  Rogue Valley Cabernet Franc (20%) and Malbec (10%).
