2023 Moscato

Our Moscato is made using the Italian style.  By stopping the fermentation where the sweetness is perfectly balanced by the acidity, it delivers a refreshingly sweet wine that leaves you wanting more. This wine has a natural "Frizzante" preserved from the primary fermentation. Recommend serving ice cold.

Tasting Notes: Refreshing aroma of stone fruit and orange blossom, with mouth watering acidity.

Pairs well with: Spicy Thai or Indian food as the sweetness enhances the spice of those cuisines. It is also great with fruit desserts, one of our favorites is to macerate strawberries with a dash of Moscato, and serve over pound cake with whipped cream or ice cream.
